This poster series was created in response to the periodic lockdowns due to COVID-19 outbreaks in Nova Scotia. With it being a time of acute stress for many, these lockdowns often took a toll on the mental health of Nova Scotians. I chose to address this effect through the slogan "Don't let your physical bubble become a mental bubble." to encourage others to be proactive in caring for their mental health during this time. I arranged this text over top of photos of Halifax streets that appear foggy and distorted.
